Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders require a 48 hour lead time.
  2. Please expect your delivery order any time between 10am & 2pm on the delivery date. If you are not home, we will attempt to contact you & will wait for 10 minutes before leaving. Thereafter, your cake will be returned to us and you will need to make your own arrangements to collect the order. Please note, your delivery fee is non-refundable & unfortunately, we cannot accommodate redeliveries.
  3. Delivery is charged at a tiered rate and is calculated based on the distance from our store. We will deliver up to 20 miles from our store . The delivery date is guaranteed but the delivery time is not!
  4. If you order for collection, your order will be ready by 11am on the day. Please note that if your order is due for collection, it needs to be collected within 72hrs from the collection date. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your order without a refund.
  5. Our cancellation policy is as follows: if you cancel your order more than two days before your delivery/collection day, you will receive a full refund minus a 2% admin fee.
  6. Once your cake has been collected/delivered, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation/setup/etc. Cakes are heat-sensitive! If you are collecting, please have adequate space on a level surface such as your front passenger seat footwell, or in the car boot. We recommend you drive straight home/to the event venue, with the air-conditioning on, & avoid stopping along the way. Please drive carefully. If we agree to fix any damage that occurred after an order left our store, labor & ingredients will be charged, which will be payable upon collection of the order. For your peace of mind, we recommend budgeting for delivery by our team.
  7. To ensure freshness, please ensure that our products are stored appropriately. Our cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, & enjoyed within 3 days. Leftovers should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. We do not recommend storing any of our products in the fridge. If you choose to store in the refrigerator, we suggest you leave them at room temperature for at least 4hrs before serving. 
  8. Products may differ slightly from the photos.
  9. Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of your receiving your order. Complaints will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, & we cannot guarantee a full refund unless the product is returned to us in its original condition. So if you’re not satisfied with your order, please bring it back to our store within 48 hours for a full refund. Please note that we won’t be able to collect the order from you.
  10. Sweet Enough recognizes the importance of protecting our customers’ personal information and keeping said information safe and confidential. We wish to confirm that only the necessary customer information is collected and processed to provide you with our best services to ensure a smile of satisfaction. We will continue to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
  11. We would like to give you the opportunity to decide if you would like to continue receiving communications from us. If you are happy to continue receiving promotional and product related communications – no action is required. Please note that you can opt-out of our email communication at any time.
  12. When you access and use our platform, we may use various technological tools to improve your Sweet Enough experience on our online store through the use of cookies and/or user tracking. Cookies are small text files placed on the device that you use to access our platform. These files do not contain your personal information but allow us to associate you with a particular device. Many websites use cookies and we use cookies to: make our our online store more user friendly. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your permission. By accessing and using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies.
